help - my bitch that just whelped will not eat

i have tried cooking different meats, raw meat, weetbix, milk, dryfood, anything but she turns her nose up.  she is very weak but the 8 pups  are very healthy.  she actually had 13 pups and a very long labour of nearly 24 hours.  she is drinking and i have managed to forceable get some weetbix and milk into her and a general health tonic and electrolytes, is it that she is still just so exhausted to eat, any suggestions on what i could offer her?

Stop with the milk.  That will cause diarrhea which will result in dehydration, which will cause a whole different set of problems.

Go straight for the canned dog food.  A good quality product, puppy would be the best, let her eat that for the next few days and then start mixing kibble in.
