my dogs noise is dry- what does that mean?

I rescued a puppy yesterday-apart from stress and being freaked out- I realized her noise is a bit warm and dry? She is sleeping a lot? could be it from all the stress?should I be concerned??

Hello, if she had a really tough day yesterday its ok for her to be very tired also young puppies sleep Alot, Dry nose, wet nose, cold nose, warm nose are all ok my own dogs noses vary from dry and rubbery at times to soking wet and slimy and they are all in great health.
