Bumps on dog

Question
I have an American Staffordshire Terrier(pit)He first got a couple of bumps on his muzzle. The bumps became larger and started to restrict his breathing through his nose. There was a small amount of blood on his nose. Took him to a Vet, they put him on antibiotics for a week. He got really lethargic at the completion of the meds. He pulled through. Now he has developed lumps all over his body.Ranging in size from an eraser to a Quarter. The lumps have a dimple in the center(nothing oozing). He seems fine, eating well and no other change, just the lumps and his trouble with nasal breathing. What should I do next? Thank you very much..

Answer
I would take him back to the vet.  Its possible he has an allergy to something or something worse such as cancer.  If it is a skin infection, then generally antibiotics need to be continued at least one week past the clinical resolution of symptoms, so he may just need to go on antibiotics longer.  If its not a skin infection, your vet will be able to do a skin scraping or fine needle aspirate to check for mites or cancer.  I hope he gets better.
