Puppy House Training

Hello

I have a 13wk Cairn Terrier Pup and she tends to wee at least every 15 mins. She was paper trained by the breeder and will go on paper in the kitchen, but wont run to the kitchen to go if she needs it.She will always go outside when I take her out, and always praise her for doing it.
Sometimes I will take her outside and she will wee out there, then 5mins later come in and do another one.
Surely she shouldn't be going this much??
If this is normal please tell me when her wee trips will lessen

She may be holding it, as she is confused to where she is and where her "Potty Area" is.
I think you are going to have to make her stay outside for quite a bit of time, then let her in...praise her if you are outside with her, as she does her job!
Then, put her on a leash, and watch her.
If you see her start to squat, take her right outside, and tell her "Go Potty" and her name!
Repeat this,
And all should work out.
These little dogs are more work!!!
