My puppy tyky is sick.

M puppy is not drinking water,not eating,vomits foam. This has been going on for two days now.She want's me to rub her belly,and she tucks her head in the covers when given food or water.Her fist bowel movement was lastnight,and she urinated ,no blood in eaither.Im pushing fluids and antibiotics,and vomit meds.What could it be,and what else can i do for my 7 month old puppy.PLEASE HELP!!!

I suggest you take your puppy to the vet immediately.  There are a couple of possibilities - it could be parvo, especially if your puppy is not vaccinated.  If she's a chewer, she could have swallowed something she shouldn't have that has gotten stuck in her intestinal track.  Feed her a bland diet such as boiled chicken and rice, and not too much since she is vomiting.  That might help some, but if she has been vomiting for 2 days now, then she really should be seen by a doctor.
