My wife and myself bought a husky from a friend in September. She is almost four months old now. We have disagreements on the weather. What is to cold for the dog with the recent cold tempatures coming across WV? She has a dog house now with cedar chips and a blanket for warmth.

Most 4 month olds don't have their full adult coat.  I don't think one should have to sleep outside in any sort of cold weather, and certainly not it it is below 20 degrees.  

If you need help managing her sleeping inside, post back and I can help you.  We keep Lab puppies in the house all the time.  right now we have a 5 month Old Golden Retriever.
