my dog is shaking

Hi, I woke up this morning and my schnauzer is shaking like he is cold I have been holding and wrapped up in a blanket for a few hours now.  I was pretty cold last night.  He has been eating normally but doesn't seem to have an appetite today.

He could be shaking because he is cold, or he could be shaking because he is in pain or doesn't feel well. Some dogs will shake before they are going to throw up... and many will not eat if they have an upset stomach. If this continues, or he seems worse, you might want to talk to your veterinarian.
