my jack rusell licks my english bulldog face

it's been almost a month ago when i noticed this weird behavior,English bulldog have lot's of discharge around their wrinkle under the nose,and saliva around their mouth,the jack R.spend quality amount of time licking him clean, my concern is, does this act can harm the jack R.?
i imagine there are bacteria around the bulldog nose,HOW CAN I STOP THIS? thank you in advance, luz.

The JR is grooming nd taking care of his friend.
You could wipe the dog's face and keep the drainage and saliva wiped off, ansd spong bathe it with a cloth wet with just clear water.
Dogs will also lick wounds.
The dog's mouth, if it is a healthy dog, is too warm for some bacterias to grow, so they actually clean and sterilize it a bit when they lick it.
That discharge in the wrinkles can cause some serious problems if the skin stays wet too long.
Give the JR some help grooming the Bulldog.
