Hi,  She sure is pretty!  Trying to tell the breed from a photo is very difficult.  When I look to see what breed a dog is I look at personality and the way they move and hold themselves.  These things are very much specific to different breeds.  So  saying that,  I can only give a guess.  From the picture, I see a Norwegian Lundehund look here.  Look them up,  she is very close to that.  But as I say without seeing the dog in real life it is very hard to say.
