There is something not right with my dog please help me if you can

My dog is 11yrs old, today my husband and I noticed that her kneck seemed a little swollen like it had some kind of liquid in it or something. later on in the day we gave her a bath with selsun blue. a little after the bath we let her up on the couch and i was petting her when i noticed she had weird bumps on her belly, i thought warms, but my husband said it seemed more like hyves, then we noticed that her eyes were really puffy (the whites of them/outside) i imediatly started freaking out, her belly was also broken out. we gave her an ib profen before hand also. We called the animal clinic and rushed her there. They said it was just an allergic reaction and that we needed to pay a lot in shots, i asked if we could just get the one shot since we are on a budget and it was already costing us a load of money to get her in as it was. The shot kind of took away the hives, but her eyes are still puffed, and I am worried about her kneck because even if it was an allergic reaction her kneck was puffed out before the bath even happened. She had also barfed before the vet 2 times and it looked like there was grass in it. We have 2 dogs and one of them barfed on the deck outside before hand but it might not of been her. I read somewhere that she might have a saliva gland that could of burst or something, which i am hopeing isn't the case, but it feels like there is liquid in it and it is still swollen up. she has sorta barfed about 3 hours after the vets ( it is 5 am and i am staying up witih her ) but not much in the barf just like white fluff sence she probly doesn't have much in her stumich. Now she keeps pacing the house back and forth and can't find herself to be comfertable. she is really worrying me and I want her so bad to be ok. I just don't know what is wrong. Her kneck is still swollen, she can't sit still and I keep feeling random bumps on her which i'm not sure if they were there before or not, she does have hard bumps all over her body, but it seems like there are a lot more. I don't know waht to do, so please let me know if there is anything you know that will help me out. Thank you sorry this is so long!

Never wash your pet in Selsun Blue and never never never give it ibuprofen!!  Ibuprofen is poisonous to dogs and can destroy the kidneys.  The hives are most likely a result of the shampoo you used and the vomiting could very likely be from the ibuprofen.

In order for the swelling to go down you need to go to the vet and have an exam done and be given the proper medication.

I understand you are on a budget, but unless you get this taken care of, it won't get any better.  She's restless because her skin is inflamed and she's not able to really rest.

For the neck swelling you can do warm compresses until you see a doctor.  Take a damp washcloth and microwave it for 20 seconds. Make sure it's not too hot and apply to the area of swelling for 5 minutes, you may have to reheat the cloth.
