Dog preferring to poop inside

We just adopted a Sheltie from a breeder.  She is 10 weeks old and her housebreaking is going great except for one thing.  She has no problem peeing outside, but most times she will wait until she comes inside to poop.  She has pooped outside, but it is not consistant.  Can you please tell me any hints for getting her to poop outside all the time?

you need to go out with her each time and dont come in til she goes poop...tell her she is a good dog when she does. When she does it inside, dont do anything unless you catch her in the act..if you do, then tell her NO and grab her by the scruff and take her out...tell he "potty" and when she goes, praise her. I have a 10 week old myself so i know exactly what you are needing to do..it is up to you more then her unfortunately...good luck
