my dogwont eat dog food

since we got her in june my father and mother would give her scraps off table food. now she wont eat the dog food and she underweight. i dont know what to do what can i do to get her to eat

stop with table scraps and stop with biscuts leave high qwuaility hard kibble down all the time after she startts eatting it in a day or two you can start to portion meals so she get two meals of proper amounts daily. Use a high  qauility food like Authoirty, Neutreance, technical, Pro plan, Blue buffalo ect ect.
