My Dogs sickness

I have an 8 year old Mini- Daschund and she is a little overweight, but that hasn't affected her much, but for the past 3 days she refuses to eat, she only drinks water, and she hasn't had a bowel movement in 3 days. She vomitted yesterday 4 times, and I don't know what's wrong with her. She has never been sick like this in her entire life. I am really scared, can you help me please?

Thank you for writing to me.  Thankfully, your dog is drinking water but she's very sick.  You MUST take her to the vet immediately.  Going three days without eating or going to the bathroom is very serious.  Please...call your vet NOW!  I hope that you will follow this advice very seriously.
