itchy goldendoodle

Our 11 week old gd is a little itchyin the ear area, vet checked him out and they are fine, perhaps allergies?

Hi Jen;
Maybe you need to see a different Veterinarian, because if her ears are itching, he should find out the reason.
I would think either ear mites or allergies.
Is he also chewing his paws?
That is a pretty sure sign of allergies, but the Vet should have told you that.
Not all Veterinarians are created equal.
There are some that graduate at the bottom of their class, and shouldn't be treating animals.
