my puppy urinates when excited

I have a 6 month old Lakeland Terrier - she gets excited very quickly when you enter the room or when friends say hello to her and while she is trying to say hello she urinates (I dont think she knows it is happening).  When is is excited she rolls onto her back and she is still weeing.  Will this ever stop or is there anything I can do ?

Peeing from excitement is something a lot of dogs do.
They are a little more nervous than other dogs.
Animal massage would help to get her more calm.
A 5 to 15 minute massage when you expect friends would help her get calm, and not pee.
In less time than you would think,. sjhe will calm down enough to not lose control so easily.
