Hey i am 14 after a year of tring to convince my mom of letting me get dog she said that i could get one i looked all over the internet  and looked at a couple breeders and they all said that i should get a pitbull could you help me out give me a little info

I do not know the people that suggested you get a pitbull, but I think this is the worst idea I've ever heard of!
Pitbulls are not easy dogs, especially for a person with no experience (first dog), especially for a 14-yrs old girl! They have a very strong personality and, if you are not experienced and fail to teach him correctly who is in charge (you!), they can become extremely aggressive and cause serious troubles. They are also very strong, and if not properly trained, HE would walk you around...and what if he gets into a fight with another dog (which he probably will, as it is instinct to him)? Will you be able to stop him? The people who suggested you a pitbull are irresponsible persons who are only trying to sell a dog. Please, consider other breeds with a more gentle temperament, such as Boxer, Dalmatian, Giant Schnauzer or Labrador. I suggest a Boxer for you, as it is a very friendly yet protective dog. He loves to play, run and have fun, and it is very affectionate. But I really do not recommend a pitbull. I do not hate them, and I have no prejudices against them, but I owned one, and I know that it needs an experienced owner.
