Question
Our 15 month old pom doesn't eat dog food well.  Should I offer food at particular times and remove it, or leave food out continuously?  He is spoiled and many treats have been used in training; therefore, treats seem to be no treat to him.

Answer
Yes, feed him and if he doesn't finish it, then pick the bowl up and do not offer it again until the next feeding. Also, be sure you are feeding a quality dog food; all dog foods are not created equal.

You could also try a bit of warm water in his kibble, or mixing in a tsp. or so of canned food.
