My dog smells

Question
I have a 5 month old Jack Russell bitch and she smells really bad. When I first had her at 8 weeks up until about 2 months ago she just smelt like a dog but recentley she stinks even after Ive bathed her. My whole house is staring to stink and I cant stand it. She has had all her jabs and has been microchipped.  A few weeks ago I gave her different food and she had colitis which is now under control as she is eating her regular food. Do you know what is causing this smell ? her stools are normal. Please help.

I would like a little bit more information before weighing in on this. If you wouldn't mind answering the following questions, I may be better able to help you:

1. What is the smell like (ie. tuna, sour, rotten, musky, fecal, etc)
2. What is her diet?
3. Do you walk her on a leash or do you let her out to run (ie, yard, etc).
