chloe frequent urination

hi my toy poodle is 14 years old and still looks like a puppy.  she is a house dog and is about 6 lbs she is pure white and the prettest I've every seen.  Chloe is a good dog house trained, eats well but lately I've noticed she's drinking lots more water and therfore urinating alot.  Could this be a problem or is it because she is getting on
in years.  Like I've said she has always been very healthy. Thank you for your time.  linda

She is getting quite old but I would take her to the vet immediately.  These could be signs of her becoming diabetic or having renal failure or even kidney or bladder stones.  This is something that is out of character for her and needs to be looked at by your vet.  Better safe than sorry latter.
