miniature poodle puppy

I would like to ask how big should a 3 month old mini be?
It is a female.

Depending on the size of your puppies parents, your girl should be about 6-8 lbs. and 6-10" at the shoulder.  
At full size, your puppy should be around 10-15" at the shoulder and should weigh around 15-20 lbs. give or take.  
It all depends on your puppy's background and how you are feeding her now.
