Question
I have a teacup poodle and he licks himself to death.he always licks his two front paws and he will just be laying with me constanly licking just looking around. his breeder said to feed him eukaneba and we do help please

Answer
Hello Alicia,
Your dog may be allergic to Eukanuba and it may be causing him to itch, which causes him to chew, which causes his feet to bother him and he chews to try and stop them from bothering him.
You might want to change his food for a month or so to see if this helps.   Iams, Science Diet, Bil-Jac, or Nutro Natural Choice are all good premium dog foods that will be good for your dog.
You can also give him a 1/2 benedryl tablet to see if this helps with his chewing, and/or rub some benedryl cream on his feet, but watch that he doesn't lick it off.

Some dogs chew because of the hair that gets in between his toes, so you might have your groomer shave between his feet.  Make sure to tell them to be careful though so they don't razor burn his toes and pads.

See if this works and if not, let me know and I will see what else I can do.
