My yorkipoo's has more of a mix between the two more on the poodle side. I want to have my groomer do more standard poodle cuts, like Town and Country or Lamb cut. Is this possible for the mix breed. What like styles can I do with my dog? I am showing a picture of his hair, which I don't know what to do with it!

Even though you say that your dog has more of the Poodle in him than the Yorkie, his hair is more straight than a Poodles is. This can be an issue for grooming the hair like a Poodle because it won't have the body and curl that makes a Poodles hair stand up and out. Be that as it may, you can still put cute Poodle cuts on your YorkiePoo. I would expirement with your dog and try a few cuts on him to see what he looks like and what looks best. The hair will grow back out, so if you try one and don't like it, try another cut when the hair grows out some.
It will most likely look good, but it won't stand out as much as a Poodles hair would.
I once put a Schnauzer cut on a purebred Standard Poodle. It sure was a different look for a Poodle, but wasn't half bad and it eventually grew back out.
