Question
I have a 3 1/2 year old toy poodle, that has bad  breath, i do brush her teeth once in a while her gums are really red, i brush her teeth and seen that her three front teeth on the bottom is loose, are these baby teeth, also i do feed her soft food at night and she is always playing with stuff toys biting and licking them.. she'll play about two hours with her toys i took them away from her, could this have cause her gums to be red and her teeth to get loose?

Answer
Hello Belle,
If your dog is 3 1/2 yrs old, these are most likely Not puppy teeth.  The soft food is ok as long as she is getting hard food also.  Her chewing the hard food helps scrape the tartar off her teeth, you can mix the soft food and hard food together to encourage her to eat the hard food, but don't let the hard food get too soft.
You can let her play with her toys, but I would get her some dental toys that will help scrape the tartar off her teeth.  There are toys that have nubs on them for that reason.
Her gums being red could be due to gum disease, so you might want to make a Vet appointment to have her teeth looked at.  If the bottom teeth are damaged, they might need to come out so that they don't cause her pain.

You might check into the Pet Kiss Co. at http://petkiss.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1_9
They specialize in Dog Breath issues and treatments.  I have used some of their products with sucess.  You might check them out and give them a try.

I hope this helps you some.  If you have other questions for me, please feel free to ask.
