Too young to be pregnant?

My 12 year old child let the dogs (Red Male Toy Poodle, 1yr
old and Apricot Female Toy Poodle, 1yr) out together when I
told her not too because my female was in her first heat.  
The result was a definite tie that took along time to
seperate.  I am worried for my female as I feel she might be
at risk being pregnant so young.

Well you can hope it didn't take.  Unfortunately all too often these accidents result in a litter of puppies earlier than is best for the female.  After a month, a vet or other experienced person can feel puppies.  X-Rays or ultrasound are more reliable.  I would suggest letting a vet examine her.  Even if not pregnant, she could be injured or infected.
