Can a poodle's nose cange from liver colored to black as it gets older or for any reason?

Yes, sometimes a dogs nose color can change.  It is due to loss of pigment in the skin.  It can be caused by a dog getting older and losing pigment, genetics, and skin or medical conditions can also cause it.  

Also, light colored dogs (white, cream or light apricot) will sometimes have liver colored eye rims and noses.
