Breeding a male toy poodle

Hi..

I am wondering what is the right age to breed my male poodle???Luigi is 7 months right now.. also at what age will he stop growing?in others woulds when will he be full grown?

Luigi should reach his full height around a yr old, though he will not fill out until he is a year and a half.  
As for breeding, he should be ready to breed at a year, but it is best, before breeding him to get a Vet check to make sure that he is healthy enough to breed him.
