sick standard poodld

Question
My 3 year old Standard just started acting lethargic, standing but not playing just staring,  He won't drink but will eat a little.  He yelps at times when he's touched and finds it hard to jump on the bed or couch which is very unlike him.  This is the 2nd day.  Any ideas as to what the problem is?  (Could it be Addison's disease)

Though I am not a Vet, it sounds like this could be the start of Addisons Disease.  To be sure though you will need a Vet diagnosis.
