Answer
Hello Tammy,
First off, when you are getting ready for bed, pull up any water or food for your Poodle about 2 hours before she goes to bed.  Be sure to take her outside just before she goes to bed and also make sure that you give her some exercise about an hour before her bedtime.  This will help move things through her so that when you take her outside for her last potty time, that her bladder will be empty and she will be able to go all night.

If you take or let her outside and she doesn't potty, put her in her crate or a small area for about 5 minutes then let her back outside and see if she will go.  Continue this until she does go for you.  Also, make sure that she goes outside by herself so that she doesn't get distracted by the other dogs running around and doing their business.

When she does potty inside, be sure to clean it up right away and use a Pet Approved product to clean up pet messes.  OUT is a good product that you can get from Wal-Mart.  It has enzymes in it that will "eat" the odor out of the floor so that your dog can't smell the scent and want to return to that spot.

Also, you said that she is 15 weeks and dogs typically only get their control of their bladder at around 12 weeks.  Until that time, a dog won't know that they have to potty, they just stop and go.  Sometime after 12 weeks, they start getting the sensation that they have to go.  Keep her in a routine and give her a bit more time and she should start going where she is suppose to go.

I hope this has helped you some.  If you have other questions about this, or other Poodle questions in general, please feel free to ask.
