10 week old Min Poodle pup - lump

We had a liter of 6 pups. They are now 11 weeks old. One of the males has a lump right about the area near his penis. Could this be from the umbilical cord? or a hernia? It has become a lump now and gotten bigger.

Yes, it sounds like an unbicial hernia to me. Does it push back in when you gently push on it? If so, its just a fatty tissue hernia. If it is hard to push in and is getting bigger, you may need to see your Vet and have him sew the area shut. Part of the puppies intestines can get trapped in the hole, then the hole can grow together and pinch off the intestine. This will cause the intestine to die and can make the puppy sick.
