How old should my shihpoo be before I can let my toy poodle breed with her?

I guess I am the wrong person to be asking this question too as I absolutely dissagree with mixed breeding.  There are soooooo many homeless and abandoned pets that you shouldnt be adding to that by mixed breeding.  If you are wanting another puppy go to the shelter and save a life.  Dont destroy the poodle breed.  There are enough health issues with the poodle itself you dont need to add another breeds problems into that.  A dog should be an exceptional example of its breed and as close to the breed standard as it can get to even think about breeding it.  Not everything should be bred.  And just wanting to see the miracle of birth or passing on a personalitiy just cause its cute or wanting to make money or jumping on the designer breed bandwagon are NOT good enough reasons to bred.  I am sorry but this dog should NOT be bred.
