Mix?

Hi Brandie, i have a female miniture poodle. She is 4 years old and seems quite good with other dogs. I'm thinking about getting a 7-8 year old collie. Is this a good or bad idea?

Hi Becca,
If your poodles is good with other dogs and the collie is as well i don't see any reason why they wouldn't enjoy the company.  All you can do is try and see how it goes.  make sure you give your poodle the same amount of attention that she got in the past (and alone time with just you) so she doesn't feel replaced.  Good luck and I hope they get along well.
