female minature bred by toy male

Question
Have just put a deposit on a female black toy poodle 6 1/2 weeks old.  Mother is chocolate minature poodle and father is white toy poodle.  They have AKC papers listing puppy as toy, but what are the chances the puppy will stay black and stay under the 10" toy rule?

This is the sort of question I admit in my profile I won't be able to give a good answer on.  Since nobody else has listed themselves as a Poodle expert, I am doing what I can.  I do know that German Shepherds are born all black, but are showing other colors if any by 6 1/2 weeks.  I think the size is about 50%.  The worst part is that I don't even know where to send you for a better answer.  Please don't shoot the piano player, he is playing the best he can.
