poodle ear infection yeast

I have tried everything from ear plucking oral meds and ear meds can't get rid of yeast infection.  My vet has had her on everything he can think of and it never goes away.  This ear grows alot more hair than the other one but plucking just seems to agravaite it not help. Would appreciate it if you have any suggestions.

Has the vet tried a different diet?  The chow you are feeding may be fine for most dogs, but there are diets that change the body's pH making it too acid for the infections.  After the second bladder infection, my vet put one of my puppies on Science CD prescription diet.  That was the last of her infections.  Your case may not work that way.  The best thing may be a second vet.
