my poodle is having loose stool with blood for the last 12 hours it is weekend . he will not eat, drank only a taste of water twice today. normally very active just laying around. had a lot of bowel noises early  but not now. he had about 12 bowel movements in this period of time already

You can give your dog Pepto Bismol to help with his diarrhea and if he still isn't eating, you might try some water with Honey in it to keep his sugar levels up.  You need to keep liquid in him as much as possible.  If the honey water won't work, you can also use Chicken Broth, but make sure that it has lower or no salt if you can.  
To get him to start eating again, you can cook him some boiled chicken and rice.  Give small amounts about 3-5 times a day until he is more back to normal.  
The amount of Pepto for a dog his size would be about 2-3 tsp.
