Standard Poodle puppy to adult food;

Question
My Standard Poodle Zeus, is 10 month old, and i feed him a top brand dog food. What i would like to know is, he is on puppy junior. On the food packaging it reads not to put him on adult food until he is 15 months old is this true, thank you.

Hi Denis,  That depends on the dog.  Talk to your Vet about this.  See if your boy is on Target for his weight.
I like to switch them over at 10-14 months of age.
There is no set rule-  YOU will get many opinions on this subject.


So, my advice is to ask your Vet at his next Appointment.
