To come when called

I would like to know how to get my puppy to come when called . she turns her back on me or runs off. she will get almost to me and runs away. she takes off to other yards. and still I can't catch her. I hate to take her out side.what do I do.

This is typical behavior.  All puppies go through this stage.  Its a real test of patience believe me.
I recomend putting her on a long leash everywhere she goes.  You can even hook it to you so she has to follow you around.  Then start the come training.  Tell her to come and reel in the leash all the way up to you then reward her with her favorite treat when she gets to you.  Keep ding this every little bit for several days.  Pretty soon she will think of it as a fun game and you will be able to get her to come on her own without the leash.  The key is to NOT get mad or yell at her or punish her when she will not come.  You only reward her when she comes to you.
