Please i need help!

Today my sister went to the store and when she came back she found her dog eating her new born kitten born a day ago.She doesen't know what to do should she give it a way keep it or take it to the SPCA?

It would be very difficult to train a dog out of something like that.  The best thing is to not leave the dog and any more kittens alone together.  She may to crate the dog when she is gone.  

A dog that has not been crated since it was little, make take some work. Start out just putting its toys and treats in the crate. Praise it for going in. If you have been able to trust it with any bedding, put that in the crate. Feed it in the crate. This is also an easy way to maintain order at feeding time for more than one dog.

A dog should never be left more than 4-5 hours in a crate except overnight.  If she must leave it all day, see if she can have a neighbor or professional dog walker give it a mid day break.
