Puppy biting

My 4 month old puppy is constantly biting us!! Even when he is calm he starts out licking and then started chewing on us. My toddler is almost three and the dog is always chewing his heals. Any suggestions? He is also still having potty issues in the house.

Hi,
Time for some tuff love.  Dont allow your puppy to bite you - peroid.  If he does, spank him.  Don't hit to hard and a wack on the butt should work fine.  If you allow this now, he will certainly do this as he gets older and your helping to create a life long problem.  Your the adult, don't let your "fur kid" do things that aren't what you want him to do.
