Growth of a toy poodle

How much larger will a toy poodle grow after it's first heat cycle?
I do not wish for my dog to grow any larger because i am happy with her size now.

Judging by the fact that your Toy Poodle has had her first heat cycle, I would guess that she is around 9-11 months old (give or take a month).  Most Poodles reach their full height by a year old, so I assume that she is as tall as she is going to get.  She may continue to fill out some, especially if she is not spayed (because of the hormones) but she shouldn't get much, if any, taller.
