dog vomiting

my dog bonie has be vomiting for the last 2 days.before that she was fine and dandy but all of a sudden she just got  sick. she doesn't wan tot eat or to play and she throw up grass with a white and clear foam. what can i do to help her?HELP??????

Sometimes when a dogs tummy doesn't feel right, they eat grass to help settle their stomach and the grass will make them vomit.  Its not serious unless they continue to do this for more than a day or so.  
You might check your dogs yard to see if there is anything that she could be getting into, and if she continues to be sick, you might even need to contact your Vet.  There could be several things making her throw up, such as eating something from the trash or something that has been thrown into her yard, it could be her eating a different dog food (such as if you boarded her recently or had a friend watch her and they fed her something different that what she is used to) or it could be something like internal parasites such as Worms.
