I HAVE A MALTESE AND ANYTIME SHE GETS EXCITED OR SHE KNOWS SHES IN TROUBLE OR PEOPLE MOVE TO FAST AROUND HER OR WHEN WE PICK HER UP TO LOVE ON HER SHE PEES ITS NOT ALOT BUT LIKE LITTLE PUDDLES.. WHY DOES SHE DO THAT AND IS IT POSSIBLE TO BREAK HER FROM IT?

Oh a baby Maltese!  She will grow out of this!  Don't worry, my Chi did this for about 1 year.  Sometimes it is submissive behavior and other times it is just an immature bladder.

You can put some cute little jean pants on her - that way it will catch the pee.
We purchased some for my dog.  Also, making sure that you potty them every 2 hrs can help.
