puffi 3year old female. started licking and chewing her right paw around the nails until the paw is bloody. could their be reason ?

Answer
It could be to do with the nail bed where it joins the skin, irregular cutting of nails can cause this, However, i suggest that you take to the vets as this can also show an underlying issue of arthiritus, that a vet may be able to distinguish more clearly with investigation.
