Maltese has not eaten on her own 2 1/2 mnths

My maltese stopped eating on her own 2 1/2 months ago. No reason why, not sick, no signs of anything. Vets have run every test they can think of with nothing.  I put food everything from table food to the Prescription good smelling canned food, but nothing.  I use a syringe and force feed her 3 times a day.  I am at my wits end and cry through every feeding.  She is only 8 and has never had any sickness to speak of.  Please help me!!!!!

This is so odd mu pup went through this at one stage but only every so often it seemed he was fed up of the food we were feeding him it was strange but then tried Royal canin sensitive for fussy appetites.
However the only thing i suggest to you is boiled chicken ans rice small portions. You will find now that she relates feeding to the syringe and forcing so she will hate this i think making feeding more enjoyable could help enticing her i mean you have probably tried all this but i dont know what else to suggest.
Is it a dental problem that could be causing this?
Keep the food simple and small you coukd use the chicken as treats at first to get her used to it.
