bad habit - peeing in house ; male wrap or belly bands;

Question
I have had Mac since he was a baby and the peeing has gotten worse - I have two other dogs (sheltees they are about the same age and they get along well) all dogs have been fixed - i have a yard and keep them in a small room while i am gone during the day cause i have to be careful of the noice in my neigherhood.

the problem has gotten to the point that i am considering giving him away, thinking he may do better with someone who doesn't have other dogs.  He is soo sweet and i love him bunches -- and don't know what to do - of course i want what will work best and if i could train him - i would be most happy.  He is a great little dog except for the peeing.  I constently put his noes in it and take him outside to the back yard in the grass, ( i am not mean when i do this)  I also - once a day have started taking him on a leash to the tree with a treat and he goes - but still in the house.  HELP

Annie , so sorry about the potty problems with Mac.  Have the vet check him for a UTI - just to make sure it is not medical.
Also, when he is in the house - use the Male wrap: and place a maxi pad in the wrap:  I buy the low cost NO Name brand Fem pads for humans / cut them in 1/2 or use whole...
( get the real cheap ones )
Male wraps are easy to use - Take off when you potty him and then place BACK on his little pee pee.

LOOK for the male wrap at your local pet store - They also call them BELLY Bands.
