giving a 7week puppy a bath

Is it ok to give a husky puppy, 7 weeks old, a bath.  And if so, is there any special shampoo to use, if we should use any?

A mild puppy shampoo should be great, just check the age limit that they usually have on the bottle (usually says 6 weeks and up). Is this puppy is out doors primarily make sure the weather is warm. Giving a dog a bath removes the oils in the coat that protects them from the weather. But if the pup is indoors This will cause no problems.
