Huskie panting seems uncomfortable

Question
My Huskie is panting alot and seems uncomfortable, does not lie in one spot for more than a few seconds.  The tongue is wet and seems not to be breathing thru the nose.  He is alos slapping his jaws together like he has something stuck in his mouth.  I have looked in his mouth and felt around his body and he doesn't seem to be in any pain.

I am not a vet but if you are concerned about the behavior call your vet and ask them about it. It sounds to me like something really is bothering him. But I am not there to make the judgement call.
Hope everything is okay with him that is unusuall behavior though.
