licking urine of other dogs off the ground

My siberian husky licks the urine off the gorund of my yorkie.  Please help me understand why he would do that?  Thanks

Intact males do this to see when the female dog is ripe for breeding. They can tase the change of the girls hormones in the pee. Sound gross, but that is why. Fixed males do not generally do this or they will do this not as much.
