Siberian Husky behaving strange

Question
my Husky is now 2yrs 7mnths. the last 5 days he's been acting very strange. (like a child that is afraid of the dark) he never acted this way before. during the day he's playful, eating and chasing birds like he always do. but only at night time he wants to come inside, he is shaking, don't want to eat or drink, he is out of breath. jumping up against the doors to come in and howling. this is something he never did before. don't know why but it is worrying me. He never used to come inside the house, only into kitchen. Why is it that he's doing it now for the last 5 days to be so afraid of the dark and don't want to be outside at night?

Answer
You might want to get her in to have her eyes checked, Cataracts can cause a condition known as night blindness. If she has this she will be afraid of the dark due to the fact she cannot see.

I would start from there in finding out what is wrong.
