Sick Great Dane

Question
I have a ten year old female Great Dane. She has recently had a loss of appetite
and is now throwing up her food often. She also urinates blood frequently. I
know this is old for her breed so I'm thinking her body just may be shutting
down. Her behavior has been normal, she is still playful and loves her walks. Is
there something we can do for her??

She sounds extremely ill.  The best thing you can do is take her on her last trip to the vets and save her any more discomfort and pain.  Ten isn't the top age for danes these days, UK lines live a bit longer than that.  I have a ten-year-i=old boy who is a bit wobbly on his back legs but still tries to mate the bitches!
