is it normal for great dane puppies to have callous on the bend of there legs(OUTSDE) AS YOUNG AS 10 WEEKS. ALSO SCRAPES AND SMALL HEALED SORES ON THEIR BODIES AS YOUNG AS THAT.

No, it is not normal for 10 week old Dane puppies to have callous on their elbows, scrapes possibly if there were still a few puppies left in the litter, they start to play more and more rough as they get older. Sores should not be there either.

If your puppy has these, I would question what the breeder was doing and how they were keeping the puppies. If they were raised outside in a kennel, that is probably why you see this and is one of the first signs of a puppy mill or a back yard breeder.

No ethical breeder would keep their puppies, or any of their dogs for that matter in those kinds of conditions.

With that being said, as they do get older, the hair on their elbows does tend to rub off over time. I have a Dane here who lives INSIDE and he is starting to loose some of the hair on his elbows.

It is not a health issue but a sign of keeping the puppies in poor living conditions.
